Of course, eating a nutrient-dense dense diet and moving your body often and much can have tremendous health benefits. 

But… 

Diet and exercise are just two parts of the health equation.  

Putting your focus on those skills alone is just the tip of the iceberg.

I have worked with countless women over the years who were focusing on improving their diet and exercising more because they hated themselves:(  

Health will NEVER be born from that place. 

If you want to create deep, meaningful, and, above all, SUSTAINABLE change… you have to be willing to go IN and… 

  • Get to know yourself,
  • Learn to like yourself,
  • Develop trust with yourself,
  • Forgive yourself,
  • Build the confidence to lead yourself, 

…and so much more. 

This is the work I have the awesome privilege to teach.

Focusing on improving your diet and movement profile can be awesome IF you have done the inner work to make sure you like your reasons for doing that work in the first place.
