When you feel like hell because you keep neglecting to insert yourself into your own schedule, you get desperate.

And desperation can inspire some less-than-stellar decision making like:

  • signing up for programs that ask you to make changes so big, you can’t possibly sustain them 
  • or spending hundreds of dollars on supplements that don’t really need
  • or doing the latest diet craze because you heard it worked for your co-worker’s cousin’s sister.

A lot of these things are FREE and you don’t even need to improve them all at once to feel better.

Focusing on any one of these areas can help you start feeling better in the next 24-48 hours.

So, while you might be tempted to do that 7-day a week bootcamp while only eating air and doing coffee enemas (I don’t know if such a thing actually exists, but given the madness I see online, it wouldn’t surprise me)… just don’t.

Saying no will save you time, money, and sanity.

But you are a smart cookie. You already knew that:)
