By no means am I suggesting that all methodologies are created equal and certainly not all things being sold to women are designed to improve their health.

I have long argued that the problem most women face with moving their health to higher ground is not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of consistently applying what they do know.

In other words, there is a very wide gap between knowing and doing.

I have yet to meet a woman who didn’t know that drinking water, movement, whole food, sleep, connection, and a growth mindset were good for the human body but I have met TONS of women who struggle to do things on the regular.

Many of these same women then convince themselves they need complicated measures because nothing is working. GAH!
