You show up for the things you care about.

Your body may not live up to all the expectations you have for it, but it IS showing up EVERY SINGLE DAY to help you do life regardless if or how you are showing up to support it. That’s pretty remarkable.

And when you pause to remind yourself of all that your body allows you to do, showing up to do the things that nourish it stops feeling like a “HAVE to” and a whole lot more like an expression of appreciation:)
