Will you be fighting for your limitations or your possibility this week?

It’s definitely something worth considering.

Having been in the coaching industry for well over a decade, I think fighting for limitations is the default mode for most people.

Fighting for your limitations looks like searching high and low for all the reasons why you won’t succeed.
  • You don’t have time.
  • It is too hard.
  • You have never been successful with this.
  • It’s too hot outside (kidding but not kidding)

And fighting for your limitations demands a lot of time, energy, and resources that could be used to fight for your possibility.

Fighting for your possibility looks like…
  • Reminding yourself WHY you started the pursuit of the thing in the first place.
  • Seeking evidence for all the reasons you CAN do this.
  • Considering how you might get a bit of help if you need it.
  • Using challenges and obstacles to rework your strategy not quit.

You can’t fight for your limitations AND your possibility at the same time.

So which will you be fighting for this week?
