What meaning are you giving imperfect execution?
Moving your health to higher ground is going to require a willingness to do things imperfectly WITHOUT making it mean there is something wrong with you.
Did you hear that??
You will NOT execute things perfectly. Stop expecting yourself to. That expectation only makes you want to quit.
You are going to make mistakes. Probably lots of them.
I often find myself reminding my students that developing habits that nourish you rather than deplete you is a PRACTICE.
Practice means you hold space to experience it all. Practice is a willingness to get messy for the sake of doing better.
You could make imperfect execution mean there is something wrong with you OR you could make it mean that you are taking risks, learning new things, and living life boldly.
What meaning will you give your imperfect execution?
