Regular movement is so much bigger than exercise, and dare I say even more important.

We are living in a world of convenience that has us moving less and less, and we convince ourselves that getting in an hour of exercise is enough to keep us healthy.

It’s not.

The human body was designed to move… OFTEN & MUCH.

And there are a lot of very healthy people in the world who never actually set foot in a gym.

How can you move more this week outside the exercise box? It is a question worth exploring.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Walk rather than drive where you can.

πŸ™†β€β™€οΈ Get up every hour to do some light stretching or to step outside to get some fresh air.

πŸ’ƒπŸΎ Dance as you cook.

πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ Spend time on the floor.

πŸ˜… Carry heavy things because you can.

πŸ’₯ Hang. Jump. Balance.

πŸ• Spend buckets of time outdoors. Nature inspires movement.
