I might need fewer carbs in my diet, you might need more.
I might need to focus my energy on getting more sleep, you might need to focus yours on learning how to set clear boundaries.
Sure, the ingredients of the health equation might be similar, but the recipe never is.
Health challenges are rarely if ever, remedied by one-size-fits-all programs that worked for someone else, but rather by learning to honor your unique individuality and getting radically honest about what you do and why you do the things you do.
You deserve better than one-size-fits-all solutions (because let’s face it, they aren’t really solutions).
