195: Unraveling the Code to Confidence
As someone who has worked in the women’s wellness space for more than 20 years now, I have come to see improving health as an exercise in self-leadership. Because to improve your health, be it mental, physical or spiritual, you must willing to better understand yourself and have trust in yourself and your abilities.
Self-confidence, I believe, is an invaluable part of self-leadership, because it is the trust we have in ourselves to follow through with the things that we say are important to us.
In this episode of the Grace & Grit Podcast, I share insights from my own experience of helping women elevate their self-confidence and from my recent read of The Confidence Code: The Science & Art of Self-Assurance – What Women Should Know by Katty Kay and Claire Shipman.
I hope you find it helpful:)
