Most people wouldn’t consider “self-trust” a nutritional deficiency, but I certainly do.

And this deficiency is creating a tremendous amount of dis-ease in women’s lives.

How? Well…

When you don’t trust your body to support you, you will end up outsourcing every decision you make to other people and/or micromanage yourself into a state of misery.

When you don’t trust yourself to do the things that honor your body, mind, and soul… you won’t.

When you don’t trust yourself to recover from mistakes (and even failure), you will never go after the things that are truly on your heart.

Self-trust is a very big deal when it comes to improving your health story.
