Simplicity is your friend.
In all the years I have worked with women on behavior change, I have NEVER found super complex measures to be helpful over the long term.
Sadly, so many women reach for complicated measures to feel better BEFORE they have build a consistent practice out of the simple things and then wonder why they face plant.
It is really no mystery.
I know it isn’t nearly as sexy but simple measures practiced consistently can actually take you a lot further than you probably think.
Simple practiced consistently can make complicated oh-so-unnecessary.
Whatever it is you are trying to improve in your life right now, give yourself the grace of choosing something simple to practice every single day in dedication to that.
