What to do when summer shakes up your routine!

There is so much opportunity to shake up routine in the summer…

  • BBQ’s
  • Camping Trips
  • Lake Days
  • Travel

And I see one of two patterns emerge with my clients this time of year:

A. They completely abandon self-care in the name of summer fun, telling themselves they will pick up where they left off come September (which never happens as gracefully as they expect it to).

B. They are so rigid in their expectations of what self-care is supposed to look like, they end up not enjoying the summer at all.

Gah! Nourishing your well-being and enjoying your summer is not an either/or conversation.

You can have both!
