Diet & fitness culture has conditioned women to believe that the body is the thing to fix, mold, restructure or biohack, if you want to feel better about your life. Gah!

In other words, the body becomes the thing we blame (the scapegoat) for all the misaligned ways in which we are showing up in our life. And when you focus on the wrong problem, you can’t fix the actual problem.
