Do you have the courage to be disliked?

No one LIKES being disliked but the truth is NO ONE is universally liked.

What over a decade of coaching women has taught me, is this:

Spending your precious life energy trying to get other people to like you comes at a very, very steep price.

What is that price?

Your health.
Your happiness.
Your unique expression.

The ultimate price is that you stop knowing yourself and…worse yet… you stop liking yourself.

Making people comfortable with your decisions, your needs, your expression, and your truth is NOT your work.

YOUR WORK is to know & respect yourself enough to be yourself.

In what ways might your mental and physical health improve if you could develop the courage to be disliked?

I think it is a question worth considering, don’t you?

the courage to be disliked

Ditch the diet culture madness...

and learn how to make change stick... for good!
